Method of Payment
Our on-line store currently accepts Discover, Master Card and Visa credit
cards. All prices are in United States funds only. We also accept checks
via mail, we do wait till the check clears the bank before shipping your
Where is my order?
We do our best to get
your order to you in a timely fashion, however, a lot of our products are made
to order. Your order will be made in the manor in which your order was
received. Occasionally it may take up to 6 weeks to get your order to you.
Please be patient, just like you, a lot of people like that product! We
try to list on the web site the time in which that specific product will ship.
On rare occasions a component that is required for construction of a product is
held up at customs thus delaying production. While try to have everything
in stock sometimes this is beyond our control.
Special Orders/Mass Orders
We do accept special orders
and mass orders of single items. Please give us plenty of notice to ensure
that we can have the item made. Remember, most of our products are made to
order, and we don't have excess stock on hand. These items are
non-returnable. Custom orders will be charged/paid for before production
begins. Additional charges may apply if the size of the product is changed by
the customer and is not what is offered on the web site.
All electrical items such as lighting should be installed by a licensed
electrician. Lighting should not exceed maximum wattage recommended on light fixture.
In stock items will be shipped within
24 hours of payment. All other items will be shipped within 2 - 4 weeks. Times quoted are in
business days, holidays are excluded.
Some of our products are made to order, occasionally we get bomb-barded by
orders and it may take a few days longer than what is quoted to get your order
to you. Custom orders may vary from 4 to 6 weeks. We will try to send a
shipping confirmation via e-mail with in 24 hours of shipping to the email provided by you. If you need a
product sooner, please contact our
sales department and we will do our best to
accommodate your needs. Occasionally we ship in good 'pre-used' boxes, this saves on shipping
cost and helps the environment. The minimum shipping charge is 5.00, the charge in the shopping
cart is an estimate. Free shipping on orders over 150.00 is for regular priced
items shipped fed ex ground. Sale items, discontinued items, clearance items, furniture and truck freight do not qualify for free shipping. We have posted on specific items that "this item ships freight". Meaning that it will have an added shipping charge. Shipping charges will be added to your charge card. It is up to you the customer to contact us for a shipping quoat..
At this time we do
accept International orders. However, all international orders must be paid with
using a US drawn cashiers check or direct deposit. We are sorry for this
inconvenience but the increasing number of fraudulent charges has made us change
our policy. Please call or email us for a shipping quote. Please
have a list of all items that you would like to order, your shipping address,
including the postal code. The shipping charges in our shopping cart is set up for lower US states orders, additional shipping fees will be added for shipping for out of the country orders. Please

if you are interested in placing and order and willing to pay the full shipping
All applicable returns must be claimed within 10 days of receipt. Custom orders are not
returnable. Under each product it states if it is custom made to order. No returns will be
accepted without prior written return authorization. For customer return
authorization send us (via email or US mail) a written detailed description of
the problem with the return. Please give us the date that you ordered your
product, your name and a copy of your computer generated receipt and reason for
the return. Actual shipping charges are not subject to
reimbursement. If you received free shipping for orders over $150.00 and your return makes the
total of your order go under the $150.00, shipping charges will apply and you will not
receive a refund for the shipping charge. Items are not considered defective if the measurements are
posted on the web site and you decide after you get it that its not the right
size/color. Bedding is non returnable. We offer fabric swatches for you to view the
colors. Handbags, purses, wallets and all leather bags are subject to a 50% return fee. All items must be packed in original packing in the same manor as was received.
If items are damaged in shipping from All That Cowboy to you, we need to know
this. A photo of the of the damaged box and damaged product is required.
We insure parcels from our place to yours, it might be wise for you to insure
the return package. Returned items (excluding handbags and leather bags) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a store credit for
the remaining balance will be given.
Custom orders and bedding are non returnable. The customer will be responsible for
shipping charges to return the package. All returned products must be
shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return to All
That Cowboy. If the customer selects to ship the product back in which the
product is smashed and/or damaged due to the type of shipping method they
selected, or how they re-packed the box, All That Cowboy will not be held
liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return. If returned
materials are not received within 15 days of your receiving them, we will be unable to
issue a credit. Custom made items are non returnable.
Steps to returning
Pack the item securely in the original
package, re-wrap items if original wrapping is not useable.
Enclose a copy of the computer generated
receipt with the item. Please also include your order number, date ordered,
billing name, and address, photo's of damaged box or product with the item and
the reason for the return.
All products must be returned in the same
condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts
and accessories to insure full credit. Please note: that a full credit is only
the amount of the product/items. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise number on the box in clear view or the box will be refused.

You can expect a refund via an in-store credit within 10 days of our
receiving your returned product.
Most of the furniture items
will ship via common carrier due to the weight and sizes of the pieces. The shipping charge added by the shopping cart is only a handling fee which
will be applied towards the shipping final total. The actual shipping charge
will be emailed to you upon request as soon as your order is schedule for departure by the

unable to accept returned merchandise and all sales are final. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable. However if damaged, YOU MUST please
note it with the driver when delivered and notify to us the day of shipment.

Canceling an order
We reserve the right to cancel any order. Custom orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed if it has not already shipped. After that, the full price will be charged to you. Your credit card may be charged for custom orders
before or when construction begins.
